Is Kim Kardashian moving to the UK?
American reality TV star Kim Kardashian may soon be the lady of an English manor after it was revealed she plans to view the Hertfordshire home of David and Victoria Beckham.

Kim Kardashian may be a long way off taking tea with the Queen at Buckingham Palace, but she reportedly would like to live in a castle
The British power couple have decided to sell their sprawling £18 million estate because they hardly ever visit it. The Beckhams, now based in LA, bought the 22-acre property in Sawbridgeworth in 1999 for £2.5 million as newlyweds. It’s estimated they’ve spent £18 million renovating the seven bedroom mansion, affectionately known as Beckingham Palace.
Kardashian has apparently already spoken to estate agents in Los Angeles to arrange a visit to the castle-like country home which she plans to use as a European base for her large family, who feature in a series of reality TV shows. She also reportedly plans to rent it out to rich fans of the Beckhams.
Kardashian already owns a 4,000 square foot mansion in Beverly Hills that she bought in February 2010 for £2.1 million.
Jack Osbourne’s home profit rocks
Dad-to-be reality TV host and sometime London resident Jack Osbourne is showing himself to be a savvy property investor – so long as all goes to plan.
While the only son of Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy and TV host Sharon recently splashed out £1.7 million on a family home in Los Angeles ahead of the birth of his first child, it seems he’s trying to recoup some cash after putting his smart, but petite, London bachelor pad on the market.
Jack, who’s first child with fiancée Lisa Stelly is due any day now, is selling his one-bedroom, one-bathroom interior-designed home in Marylebone for £610,000 through estate agents Chesterton Humberts.
The property – surprisingly near slightly scruffy Edgeware Road – has performed well for the TV personality, who recently made a documentary about his hard rocking father called God bless Ozzy Osbourne.
Jack purchased the freehold home in August 2006 for £370,000 so, if he sells at asking price, he’ll make a £240,000 profit on the sale.
Jack’s two-storey home has its own courtyard, underfloor heating and open plan living room, but is probably more bijou than most would imagine – it has just one bathroom – an en suite off the upstairs bedroom.
The property gods have clearly been smiling on the Osbourne family. Ozzy and Sharon also recently sold their Malibu estate for £4.9 million after originally listing it in 2006 for £6.2 million.
Where are the UK’s celebrity home hotspots?
Ever wondered why you didn’t end up an actor, musician or talented footballer. Part of the reason might be connected to the home you grew up in, or more precisely, where it was situated.
New research by FindaProperty.com looked at where Britain’s top celebrities were raised and found certain areas are hotspots for breeding celebrity success, with some specific regions producing some very particular talent.

Ever wondered why you're not David Beckham or Cheryl Cole? It might come down to the house you grew up in, or at least your home address, according to FindaProperty.com's new celebrity hotspot map
Those who grew up in homes in London are 80% more likely to find fame than people born anywhere else. Specifically, Hammersmith in West London is a hotspot for film stars, with Hollywood stars Alan Rickman, Daniel Radcliffe and Hugh Grant all growing up in the area. Fans of soap operas could do worse than move to a home in Bury in Greater Manchester, which has produced a string of actors currently starring in Coronation Street, Hollyoaks and Emmerdale.
Manchester also has a strong tradition of producing rock bands, with Oasis (Burnage), Joy Division (Salford), Elbow (Bury), The Smiths (Manchester) and the recently reunited Stone Roses just a few of the bands providing inspiration for aspiring rock stars across the city.
When it comes to current chart music, North London is the UK’s centre with Adele, Eliza Doolittle and X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos all hailing from the area. North London is also a good place to look for future X Factor winners, with Leona Lewis and Alexandra Burke both spending their early lives in homes in Islington.
Bruce Willis is selling his secluded Idaho home
You could almost see Die Hard’s John McClane escaping to this secluded Idaho home to recover from a heavy session of battling villains.
But in fact, this lakeside property in Aspen Lakes Hailey is owned by Hollywood star Bruce Willis who bought it in 2003, three years after his divorce from Demi Moore and is rumoured to have spent a small fortune doing it up. It’s on the market for $15 million (£9.7 million) through Sothebys International Realty.

What's on the mantlepiece? Is that Bruce Willis' trophy collection taking pride of place in the sitting room
It seems likely that Willis and second wife Emma Heming have outgrown the six bedroom, six bathroom home, after it was reported late last year that she is expecting the couple’s first child in April. Willis already has three daughters with first wife Moore.
As you’d expect from Willis –a fan of recreational fishing – the home has multiple ponds, flowing streams and a custom pool with waterfalls. There’s also the opportunity to ski, hike and bike close by.
And being the home of one of the world’s most bankable stars, this estate delivers on the privacy front – it’s set on a thickly wooded 20 acre site – which, along with an extensive security system, has no doubt helped to keep the paparazzi at bay.
The proprety also has its own heated balconies and pavers from the road to the house. The large master bathroom comes with a “jetted soaking tub”, granite shower and one of the largest (and most impressive) purpose-built master closets we’ve ever seen.
Perfect for those seeking an A-list lifestyle.
