Zoopla launches its biggest marketing campaign yet

This weekend we are launching our biggest ever advertising campaign with a brand new multi-million pound national TV, radio and print campaign. This follows the recent launch of our multi-year sponsorship of West Bromwich Albion football club, currently in an impressive fourth place in the Premier League after the first two weeks of the season!

The new TV and radio ads will be seen and heard throughout prime-time on a broad range of national TV channels and radio stations, with print ads running across various national newspapers. The campaign, dubbed ‘Talking Houses’ features three animated houses in three different adverts discussing the property market and the benefits of Zoopla.

Giving life to the houses are the voices of well-known British actors Jim Broadbent (Bridget Jones’ Diary, Harry Potter), Doon Mackichan (Smack the Pony) and can you recognise the third voice…with property market expert Phil Spencer’s voice at the end of each ad.

We’re back on TV with our biggest campaign to date

From tomorrow, we’ll be back on your TV with two updated adverts (see below).

Our latest campaign, will include both TV and print advertising, will follow the theme of previous campaigns and highlight our market-leading property mobile apps. The campaign will be the biggest to date by Zoopla.co.uk in terms of both marketing spend and exposure.

C4′s Million Pound Drop featuring Zoopla

A little earlier this year we revealed that there may be much more to the name of the ‘street’ or ‘road’ or ‘avenue’ where you live than meets the eye…and that choosing wisely may have a significant impact on the value of your home.

Well, five months later and our research makes up one of the questions (as per above) on Channel 4′s: Million Pound Drop – the show where contestants are given their prize – £1 million – at the start of the show. All they have to do is keep it…

Not only was this the final episode in the second series, but it was the charity version featuring contestants Jimmy Carr and former Big Breakfast host and DJ Johnny Vaughan.

We’ve launched our first national TV advertising campaign

Finding that special one can sometimes be a bit tricky.

Some are a bit cheap, some a bit scruffy, some too flash and some inadequately sized. Maybe you’re looking for one that’ll gain a few pounds, perhaps you want to know what they’re worth or maybe you like to keep an eye on the older ones?

Luckily we have all the information you need to really find that special one…property, that is!

As a nation we’re obsessed with property. We all love to play the nosey neighbour game, snoop around a celebrity pad, or find out what our home is worth or what our neighbour paid for theirs.

Since we launched back in January 2008 we’ve grown at an unrivalled pace, however our marketing to date has been largely focussed online…

…today, this all changes. We’re making our TV debut as we continue our quest to turn Zoopla into a household name targeting property buyers, renters, sellers and landlords. The initial campaign will run for five weeks to the end of September and is part of an extensive multi-million pound TV, print and digital campaign to run over the coming months. 87% of adults will see the TV ad at least once during the initial five-week period and the TV campaign will include a number of prime-time slots across ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 and the Sky digital channels.

The TV ads centre on the theme that finding the perfect property is much like finding the perfect partner and reinforce our core philosophy that free and easily accessible information helps buyers, renters, sellers and owners make better-informed property decisions.
