With its detached gym, decked terrace with hot tub and a Hollywood style vanity area in the bedroom, this spruced up bungalow is fitting of anyone in the entertainment industry.
The three bedroom property is understood to have once been the home of singer and television personality Alesha Dixon, who lived there for two years.
In the popular location of Welwyn Garden City – where Alesha grew up – the house is now on the market for £1.150,000
Dixon reappeared on our screens last weekend as a judge on Britain’s Got Talent, alongside Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and David Walliams.
She first found fame as part of the all-female band Mis-Teeq, before later appearing as a contestant – and then judge – on Strictly Come Dancing.
The Hertfordshire property is named Rosewood and has been extensively refurbished, boasting high gloss white cabinets with stricking glass splash backs, an inset television overlooking a sunken style bath and a Japanese garden.
Television presenter Emma Willis and her McBusted husband Matt have been spotted house hunting in north London.
The host of BBC talent show The Voice and Channel 5’s Celebrity Big Brother was seen with her family – including her four-year-old daughter Isabelle and two-year-old son Ace – and an estate agent holding a Statons brochure.
Emma, who also has a segment on This Morning, recently spoke about motherhood, saying: ‘It’s never easy. You think you’re ready but nothing prepares you. You’re knocked for six. No matter how much you want a baby, having one’s totally different.
Meanwhile, Matt recently declared that his party days are over, saying: “I was a party boy, I drank a lot and had a good time. I would drink all the time and after three days, I would forget the words to our songs.
“I don’t drink anymore so at least I will know the words to the songs and when to sing them.”
In 2005 Matt won I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here but later admitted himself to The Priory for alcohol abuse.
It was Emma who gave him an ultimatum – give up booze or he’ll lose her.
Matt added: ‘I don’t drink at all now, but it isn’t just the drinking that will change this new experience.
“When I was in Busted I was young and yes, I made the most of being a young man in a band when it came to women but I’m married now.
“I have a family now which changes you. My daughter Isabelle is four and will come to watch a lot. She already knows words to Busted’s songs so she is very excited.”
Matt revealed that the new seven-piece group are rehearsing after McFly and Busted teamed up to form a new boyband.
Busted split back in 2005 after Charlie Simpson decided to quit the band after three years together.

Pregnant Kerry Katona has allegedly moved into a £3,000 a month mansion despite being declared bankrupt for a second time.
The singer is understood to be living in the five bedroom country home in Oxfordshire with her fiancé George Kay and her four children.
The gated property reportedly boasts five bathrooms and four reception rooms.
The Big Reunion star, who was previously married to Brian McFadden and Mark Croft – was first declared bankrupt in 2008.
She told the Telegraph last year: “Money’s an issue for me. I’m really weird around money. I feel like I have to pay and bought my husband [Mark Croft] whatever he wanted: he had a Ferrari, a Lamborghini, an Aston Martin, a Porsche.
“He kept changing them, but we always had a few cars at one time.”
Other country homes to rent in Oxfordshire:
Anthea Turner is allegedly downsizing following her split from her husband.
The former GMTV and Blue Peter presenter, who recently reached the semi-final of celebrity winter sports programme The Jump on Channel 4, is understood to have rented a terrace home in West London.
The 53-year-old is believed to have chosen the five bedroom townhouse to be near to her sister, Wendy, as she rebuilds her life following the end of her 13 year marriage to Grant Bovey.
At the end of last year, she said: “They say the top three slots on the stress league table are death, divorce and moving house. Well, I’m currently going through numbers two and three.”
Bovey, 52, who lost his fortune when his property empire collapsed, has also reportedly downsized to a rented property in Cobham, Surrey.
The former couple once lived in a £5m home in Esher, Surrey. The property is set in almost two acres of land in a private road and comes with an indoor swimming pool and steam room.
Grant left his ex-wife Della in 1998 to be with Anthea.
Anthea Turner’s sister Wendy Turner-Webster is best know for presenting Channel 4’s Pet Rescue. She is understood to live in Twickenham.
There are currently just two five bedroom properties available to rent in Twickenham in the £5,500 a month to £7,000 a month price bracket:
1. Riverside development home for £7,000pcm
2. Unfurnished home to rent in Cresswell Road for £5,500pcm
Singer and songwriter Prince may be in London, but those waiting for the concert to begin were at least sheltered from the Purple Rain thanks to Zoopla.
There certainly wasn’t any sorrow among those queuing to see the American star perform at the Electric Ballroom today after Zoopla handed out its large purple brollies to protect them from the elements.
As the bad weather continued, a purple glow of umbrellas was seen winding around the block as ticketholders waited to enter the Camden venue.
Performing with his new band, 3RDEYEGIRL, the 55-year-old billed the intimate concert as a ‘sound check’. It was infact a chance for the hitmaker to showcase his new album, Plectrum Electrum.
Prince flew into London on Tuesday to promote his new tracks, but details of his tour remain uncertain. However, he has reportedly indicated that he will play ‘iconic’ venues along the lines of music club the Bag o’ Nails, where Jimi Hendrix once performed, and Ronnie Scott’s jazz club.
It is alleged the tickets cost less than £10, with the star suggesting: “It is a new band, people are getting something new.”
Purple Rain was the sixth studio album by Prince and The Revolution, and was the soundtrack album to the 1984 film Purple Rain. It was released on June 25, 1984 and is widely ranked among the best albums in music history.
