Reports are circulating in the media that Zayn Malik, from boy band One Direction, has splashed his cash on a 6-bedroomed, £2m+ pad with an indoor swimming pool in Hyver Hill, North London.
A quick search on Zoopla and we stumble upon this property for sale that could fit the bill: a 6 bedroom detached house for sale at £2,495,000. Reports in the media state he paid £2.2m, so if this is the property it looks like he’s found a motivated seller or got someone negotiating hard for him…Simon Cowell perhaps?
According to our data, this particular property was first listed on Zoopla for £2,750,000 on 7th Sep 2011 and was reduced in price to £2,495,000 (a 9.3% reduction) on 10th October 2011.
