This post is accurate. We have found that tenants in newcastle upon tyne are renting based on location closely followed by cost. We have found that tenants would pay a little more to have a home close to their place of work or studies as it would save them on transport fees should they take a home situated further away.

Of course property agents will always claim that prices are going north, and guess why??

Location is more important, only those with too many children to fit in to a smaller property go for size. Location, location, location as they say. You wouldn’t want to stay in a bad area for the sake of a larger property, any more than you would want to pay over the odds for size, when often all you get is a poky extra bedroom. Location is always going to be the number one reason people move, even renters.
