Perhaps you could split this into two polls – one for buyers and one for sellers. The results are bound to be hugely different but if you ran the poll periodically you could maybe see if there was any signs of convergence.

I understand the poll although certainly at the moment every decision is very much individually based and there is no set rule for price reductions. Locality will no doubt have a huge bearing on any poll.
