I think this is a great way to spread the word on good properties in and around your area, especially if you’re marketing off your own properties.

Yes, this kind of marketing will expand with top marketing agencies. We have been marketing properties on social sites and you tube for the past month now. Got to work to sell or rent properties now. Agents who are waiting for the property market to go back to how it was could well be broke or retired before this experience happens.
Great marketing and sensible pricing is the only way out.
    Good Luck

We have been marketing properties on social sites and you tube for about a month now. Mainly to help direct people to our website and give them more information.
I feel the agents who wait for properties or purchasers coming to them will either be broke or retired before this happens. Sensible pricing and leading, powerful marketing is the way forward.
